For client’s and prospective client’s convenience, Kaplan Insurance Agency has may send and receive MMS and SMS/text messages to communicate regarding insurance matters, policy service and inquiries. We do not send promotional texts using an automated dial system. The phone number you receive text messages from will be the direct number of one of our advisors or account managers. Message frequency will vary. Consent to text/opting in is not required as a condition of purchase or doing business with us.
Consent and Opting Out
By law Kaplan Insurance Agency must have written consent in order to communicate via text messages. We will obtain this consent by written document either on paper or via electronic signature by email at the time of policy purchase or via text message. People have the ability to opt in by pressing 1 or opt out by pressing 2. People may opt out at any time by texting STOP and their file will be marked with their preference within 10 days.
